Managing Partner, Investment and Strategy
With over a decade of management experience and polished expertise in strategic planning and business development, Ziv Kop is a Managing Partner at GlenRock, and leads business and strategy development for GlenRock and its portfolio companies.
Prior to joining GlenRock, Ziv was the General Manager of POC Management Consulting, a leading Israeli consultancy in the field of strategic planning. POC's market-leading clientele includes Teva Pharmaceuticals, Strauss-Elite Foods, Comverse Telecommunications, Cellcom Mobile Telecommunications, Paz Energy and others. Ziv has been involved in more than 100 market-driven strategic planning processes for top executives in diverse fields – from consumer goods to hi-tech, from telecommunications to retailing.
A graduate of Tel Aviv University Law School and Business School (with distinction), Ziv also completed the prestigious intensive one-month INSEAD Young Managers Program. In 2003, Ziv was ranked among the ten most promising young managers by Israeli business magazine "The Marker" and in 2009 as one of the "40 promising executives under 40" prestigious list. Ziv served in the Israeli Navy as a captain and as a fleet commander.
