GlenRock's Director of Financial Services, Avshalom Herscovici is also the CEO of GlenRock’s subsidiary Govli Ltd.
Avshalom has vast experience in top executive management, and his career to date has included founding and running Albar, a highly successful leasing company. Avshalom’s width of businesses expertise also includes the insurance field, banking and the food retail market. His knowledge of mergers and acquisitions is based on sound experience.
Avshalom has been the recipient of the prestigious “Businessman of the Year” award from Israel's daily business newspaper, Globes, as well as the “Marketer of the Year”, from the Israel Advertisers Association. In addition, he sits on the management boards of Zinger & Even Finance, the Beteram Organization, and YRF, Society for the Reinvigoration of Education.
Avshalom holds an MSc in Agricultural Economics and Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a BA in Economics and Political Sciences from the University of Tel-Aviv, and is a graduate of the Kellog School of Business Studies, Northwestern University, in Management.
