Mr. Cobi Benatoff
Cobi Benatoff has developed several important business ventures in the food industry and real-estate both in Italy and abroad; his activities range from canned food manufacturing in Italy to industrial fishing ventures and frozen fish processing in West Africa, from operating reefer vessels in the Atlantic Ocean to real-estate developments in Milan area and Sardinia. He is Chairman of the Board of Fideco SPA, President of the European Jewish Congress and Member of the Executive Committee of WJRO and Claims Conference.
Mr. Ronni Benatoff
Ronni Benatoff is an international businessman with a deep knowledge of the venture capital industry in Israel, and food industry in Italy. He is a long time entrepreneur in international trade and since 2000 has served as the Managing Director – Israel for Syntek Capital AG, an investment holding company based in Germany.
Ronni is also Chairman of Italinvest Ltd., a director of Xcitel Ltd. a director and manager of Fideco SPA, and a director of Vyyo Inc. (a US-traded public company). From 2002 until 2004, he was a director with Adyoron Intelligent Systems Ltd., acting as Chairman of the Board from 2002 until mid-2003. Ronni was previously Chief Executive Officer of Cifideco Ltd., a Hong Kong-based company with subsidiaries in Spain and Argentina.
Active in community affairs, Ronni is also Chairman of the Israel-Italy Chamber of Commerce, member of the Board of Governors of The Jewish Agency for Israel, and Chairman of the Board of UIA Endowment Fund.
Mr. Andrea Benatoff
Prior to joining Glenrock group, Andrea worked in Corporate Development at CIR, the De Benedetti family holding company advising on investments in technology. Before joining CIR, Andrea worked in the strategy group at Accenture consulting for technology start-ups. Out of college, Andrea worked as a financial analyst at CIBC Oppeneheimer in the investment banking division, advising on a number of IPO’s, secondary offerings and M&A transactions. Andrea has a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA from Insead.
