NGN Capital
Glenrock (Leon Recanati) a Venture Partner in NGN BioMed II, works with NGN Capital on fund raising from Israeli institutional and private investors, and thereafter in identifying and investing in mid/late stage Israeli based healthcare companies.
With a target of $350M to $450M, NGN II intends on committing 10% of the fund to investments in Israeli healthcare companies.
Gilad Lorberbaum will manage the joint operation with NGN on behalf of GlenRock Israel.
NGN II is a Venture Capital fund dedicated to Healthcare investing, focusing on ventures with the potential to achieve above average private equity returns with an emphasis on later stage investments. The Fund has flexibility to invest in a broad cross section of Healthcare and Biotechnology segments. The fund is diversified by stage, from later stage to selected early stage opportunities.

Yossi Gross
Yossi Gross is a seasoned entrepreneur with long-term successful experience in creating and managing new and innovative medical device companies in markets where there are significant unmet needs, ranging in stage from R&D through to commercialization.
Gross has founded and co-founded 14 medical device companies, among them: EMTI, VisionCare, BioControl, TransPharma, BrainsGate, Beta-02, EarlySense, G.I.View, ValTech, DuoCure and E-Pill.
Gross has filed over 200 US patents. In addition Mr.Gross is active as a medical device expert and executive and sits on the board of directors of more than 8 medical device start-up companies.
Previously, Gross served as a flight test engineer in the Israel Aircraft Industry and subsequently was part of the management team that developed the new Israeli LAVI fighter airplane.
Gross served as V.P. R&D at the multibillion dollar drug delivery company Elan Pharmaceutical, (NYSE:ELN).
Gross holds a degree in aeronautical engineering from the Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa and a degree in electrical engineering & bioengineering.
Recently Gross initiated Rainbow Medical with GlenRock an investment company aimed at generating significant returns from the realization of investments in early stage medical and bio devices companies, founded or seeded by Gross.
Efi Cohen-Arazi
Efi Cohen-Arazi has over twenty years of experience in the biotech/pharma industry in the areas of drug development and overall business and company management. He is currently the chairman of Rainbow Medical and executive chairman of Collplant, Israel and serves as board director in Kamada Israel and a few other biotech companies. Until July 2006, he was the CEO of Intec Pharma, an Israeli drug development company.
Previously, Cohen-Arazi worked at California-based Amgen Corporation for three years. At Amgen he was respectively Vice-President, Corporate Manufacturing, Head of Contract Manufacturing and VP & GM Site Head, Thousand Oaks, California. In his capacity as Head of the Contract Manufacturing Operations at Amgen, he established and led several strategic partnerships for development and manufacturing of small molecules and biopharmaceuticals.
Prior to working with Amgen, Cohen-Arazi was the Senior Vice President Operations at Immunex in Seattle, Washington where he developed and implemented strategies to ensure long term supply of Enbrel ® the company's blockbuster drug and managed an organization of more than 1000 people.
Cohen-Arazi worked for more than 12 years in a variety of leadership positions with the Serono Group in Switzerland and Israel and prior to that he was Plant Manager at ABIC Pharmaceutical Ltd.
Cohen-Arazi holds BSc and MSc degrees in Agriculture and Microbiology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Erez Diamant
Erez Diamant is a computer engineer who made his career in Hi-Tech business development and marketing. Among others, Erez was the Founder and CEO of Voltaire (NASDAQ: VOLT) and the VP of Marketing at Fundtech (NASDAQ: FNDT) and M-Systems (acquired for $ 1.55 Billion by SanDisk Corp.).
Erez also has an extensive background in Hi-Tech management consulting, stemming from the many years he served as a Managing Partner at POC - Israel's then leading management-consulting firm -- where he founded and led the Hi-Tech practice. In recent years he serves as a consultant to many Israeli start-ups and leading investment groups.
These days Erez is fascinated by the converged future of TV, Internet and advertising, serving - among others - as a Chairman of BestTV, providing emerging Video over Internet services with a comprehensive back-office software platform.
